Version206 Mail is a HTML based - bulk e-mail solution designed exclusively for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (MS CRM) 3.0 and 4.0.
Emails may be personalized, contain multiple attachments and be scheduled for a specific time and date. Additional features include campaign statistics, automated un-subscribing and automated birthday emails/notifications.
The standard MS CRM platform is used to create campaigns and marketing lists. There is no need to exit the MS CRM front-end or load any external pages to synchronize data. This simplifies the process for a user that is already familiar with managing campaigns using MS CRM.
Campaign e-mails are quickly synchronized in the background to dedicated high bandwidth e-mail servers hosted off-site.
v206 Mail was built with two purposes in mind: Seamless integration into MS CRM and minimizing network traffic.
MS CRM rules apply. v206 mail upholds the contact exclusion policy as dictated by MS CRM. Additionally, contact duplicate checking is performed on a per campaign basis. Furthermore, campaign and contact specific feedback allows for cleansing of existing data.
* v206 Form Services is a new feature bundled into v206 Mail which allows for quick and easy creation of a customized hosted forms for capturing MS CRM data, whether leads, campaign responses, contacts or accounts.
