Tracker was designed to ensure
accurate analysis and
escalation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM cases
based on time spent at each stage as well as total time
spent while active.
This vastly improves analysis of service performance at
both a business unit level as well as individual case
analysis to deliver great customer service through MS
CRM.
Traditional MS CRM workflows cannot accurately deliver
and route cases based on time-based calculations. By
incorporating Tracker in your service implementation,
workflows can accurately execute at set intervals each
time that interval has been reached.
Cases may be reviewed at individual intervals with quick
analysis of performance (both individual and total) at
each stage as well as total time active.
This
facilitates significantly richer service reporting
adding true service intelligence.
V206 Tracker makes use of Windows Services as well as MS
CRM callouts to track and update cases. Configuration is
quick and flexible to your specific team needs.
